Design4Change provides relevant information, opportunities and support to emerging leaders in their field so they may use their day to day professional activity to influence change in their local and global community.
By collaborating with leading tertiary institutions, Design4Change connects young Australians to issues of injustice and the significance of aid and development by giving them opportunity respond to live briefs that Oxfam presents as the client. Whether it is a communication strategy for 3things, a design plan for a campaign about worker’s rights or a marketing strategy for a soon to be released campaign, the project enables students to develop their response to the brief and then deliver it to Oxfam at the end of the semester. Student projects have the opportunity to be implemented by Oxfam and examples of this can be seen in the Past Projects section of this page.
Design4Change is part of the 3things philosophy which emphasizes the significant role that young people can play in creating sustainable change by using their existing skills and interests.
