Stop Press! New online platform to tackle food waste challenge

Stop Press + pop the sparkling fizz - 3things was recently announced as a recipient of the NSW Environment Protection Authority’s grants program, Love Food Hate Waste. We're gonna use the funding to take Design for Change online, which will get people fired up around food waste issues in Australia and its connections to global hunger. The innovative platform will also enable people to upload their innovative design + business solutions to the causes of food waste, bring it on!

From Coffee Carts to Label Art: Solutions to the Broken Food System

Being in the business of global goodness keeps us pretty inspired, but last semester's Design for Change students really rocked our collective socks. Design meets Food - a clever combo

Since 2007 3things' Design4Change program has been supporting young designers to use their skills in kick ass amazing ways that benefit the world, not contribute to the problems we are already facing. This year, we asked 4 students studying Visual Communications at The University of Technology, Sydney to design fun, engaging hand outs to help Oxfam generate interest around the GROW campaign.
