Aiming high with Indigenous education3things takes a look at the Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience (AIME). Mobilising scores of volunteer uni students (at last count, over 1000) to mentor Indigenous high school students, AIME’s program has proven to dramatically increase the chances of Indigenous children finishing school. Oxfam UNIte Conference: an arena for new ideas
Oxfam University group members from around Australia joined forces at a three day conference in Sydney last week.
